The Essentials
Reserving your order. Your order and event date are reserved once your order is paid in full. Until payment is complete, items and dates are not held.
Payments. Payments are processed securely through Stripe, our payment provider. When you pay, you authorize charges to your payment method for your order and for any amounts owed under your agreement, such as charges relating to damage, loss, or additional rental time. Your card details are handled by Stripe — we never store your full card number.
Delivery & pickup. We handle delivery, setup, and pickup on a scheduled window — often the day before or morning of your event. You'll have safe, clear access ready for our team, along with any permits your venue requires.
Your items, your care. From drop-off to pickup, the items are in your care. Please use them as intended and keep them safe from weather, theft, and damage. You're responsible for items returned damaged, missing, or in need of extra cleaning.
Cancellations & changes. Plans change — just let us know in writing. Changes are always subject to availability, and cancellation terms are set out in the full Rental Agreement.
What You'll See at Signing
When you confirm your order, you'll review and electronically sign the full Rental Agreement, which includes complete terms on payment, delivery and pickup, damage and loss, liability, and more. Your signature, name, and time of signing are securely recorded as part of your agreement.
By signing, you agree to the full Rental Agreement together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
