  2. Quotes and Orders. All quotes are estimates based on the information provided and are subject to change upon final site review or additional requests. Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of a signed rental agreement and deposit.
  3. Payment Terms. A deposit is required to secure your order. Full payment must be received prior to delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments made after 2 PM for next-day orders must be reconfirmed by a representative.
  4. Damage Waiver. A mandatory 7% damage waiver is applied to all rental orders. This waiver covers accidental damage up to 15% of the rental value. It does not cover loss, theft, or intentional damage.
  5. Delivery & Pickup. Delivery windows are scheduled in advance and may vary based on location, traffic, or weather. Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carries, or after-hours service. Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the site.
  6. Equipment Responsibility. Clients are responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery until pickup. Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received. Missing or damaged items will be billed at replacement cost.
  7. Site Requirements. Client is responsible for ensuring the site is safe, accessible, and suitable for setup. Prestige Rentals NYC is not liable for any delays or failures caused by unsafe or unsuitable conditions.
  8. Liability. Prestige Rentals NYC is not responsible for injury, property damage, or loss caused by misuse of rental items. We recommend hiring experienced professionals to operate any technical or structural equipment.
  9. Intellectual Property. All content on this site, including logos, photos, and text, is the property of Prestige Rentals NYC and may not be used without written permission.

A: Site surveys are $100, and that fee is fully credited toward your rental once you book with us.

Pricing, Quotes & Payments

Q: Do you require payment in full?
A: Yes, all rentals must be paid in full unless otherwise discussed and confirmed in writing.

Q: How long does a quote hold inventory?
A: Quotes hold inventory for 12 hours only. Rentals are not reserved until both a signed contract and payment are received.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards, Zelle, and ACH transfers.

Q: Are there any additional fees?
A: Yes. Delivery, setup, and breakdown are not included by default. Setup and breakdown are optional services and will be quoted based on the size and complexity of your order. A 7% mandatory damage waiver is also applied, which covers up to 15% of your rental value in accidental damage.
