Delivery & Pickup. Delivery windows are scheduled in advance and may vary based on location, traffic, or weather. Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carries, or after-hours service. Customers are responsible for ensuring access to the site.
Equipment Responsibility. Clients are responsible for all rental items from the time of delivery until pickup. Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received. Missing or damaged items will be billed at replacement cost.
Site Requirements. Client is responsible for ensuring the site is safe, accessible, and suitable for setup. Prestige Rentals NYC is not liable for any delays or failures caused by unsafe or unsuitable conditions.
